Installation Guide
To install the plugin:
You download the plugin from the spigot page
You drag & drop the plugin.jar inside of your plugins folder in your server
Then you download the Vault plugin and a Vault Economy of your choice and drag & drop the plugin.jar of the both plugins in your plugins folder too.
You restart the server
Done!

Or just search for an economy plugin on spigot/paper. There shouldn't be an economy plugin not supporting vault so you just need to ensure its the right minecraft version.
